Walnuts are a great source of healthy fats, fiber, and other beneficial nutrients. They are high in saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated. ALMONDS SHELLED

Almonds are distinct within dried fruits. They contain vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fiber. The nutritional content for each 100 grams are the following: 49 grams of fats, 22 grams of carbohydrates, 12 grams of dietary fiber, 21 grams of vegetable protein. Almonds are an excellent part of a balanced and complete diet. The consumption of this dried fruit also helps reduce the risk of developing illnesses in the coronary arteries. This is due to the polyphenols, the fiber and fatty acids they contain. The varieties we carry are Carmel and Non Pareil.

ALMONDS IN SHELL

These almonds sprout between May and November. For our importers that wish to process the almonds to their own countries of destination, we export in sacks of 25 KG (or in other quantities depending on requests), with a total of 10.000 kilos per load. Aside from ensuring an excellent quality, we also select almonds according to their variety type. This makes the importer’s workload easier so they will only need to commercialize or process the product.

RAISINS

Raisins are an excellent source of essential nutrients, minerals, and energy in the form of calories and sugars. Our main varieties are Flame, Crimson, Black, Thompson, and Golden. All of our raisins are harvested and processed in Chile. We have sizes such as Jumbo, Medium, and Small. The moderate consumption of raisins is very beneficial to our health, as they are rich in fiber and tartaric acid; elements that help the colon. Lastly, they are rich in antioxidants and vitamins…
